Authenticity Guarantee
Every card we sell is third-party authenticated and graded — and we stand behind it.

Counterfeits are the single biggest fear in the card hobby. LAP1's answer is simple: we sell graded cards. The vast majority of our inventory has already been authenticated, graded, and encapsulated by an independent grading company before it ever reaches a listing.
Recognized graders only
The cards we sell are graded by one of the established third-party authentication companies — PSA, CGC, SGC, or BGS. Each listing shows the grading company, the assigned grade, and the certification number so you can verify it yourself directly on the grader's public population/verification lookup before you buy.
Our guarantee
If any graded card you purchase from LAP1 is proven to be counterfeit or to carry a counterfeit grading holder, we will refund your full purchase price including original shipping, once the item is returned. No collector should ever lose money to a fake on our watch.
Verifying a card yourself
- Find the grading company and cert number on the listing (and on the slab label).
- Enter the cert number on that company's official verification page.
- Confirm the card, year, set, parallel, and grade match what you see in the listing photos.
Raw (ungraded) items
On the occasion we offer a raw card, sealed box, or memorabilia item, it is described honestly to the best of our knowledge and photographed in detail, but it does not carry a third-party grade. If you have questions about a raw item, ask before purchasing — info@lap1.ai.
Consigned cards
Cards we sell on behalf of consignors are held to the same standard: graded items only, with cert details shown. See the consignment terms for how we handle and insure consigned inventory.
